Twin towers

The World Trade Center (brief WTC) in Spanish, Centro of World Trade, was a complex located in Lower Manhattan, in New York, The United States, where there were placing the Twin, destroyed Towers on September 11, 2001 because of a terrorist attack. Already in 1993 the World Trade Center had suffered an attempt of minor gravity, which principally it caused more than 1.000 injured men. The complex was during decades the symbol of the financial world of The United States and also of West. The World Trade Center was designed by Minoru Yamasaki at the beginning of the year 1960 using a frame of pipe for the structural design of both Twin Towers of 110 plants each one. The north tower was the first one in being completed, and the south tower was the second one.
