The Caves Naica are found in a mine, south of the state of Chihuahua, northern Mexico. The caves were discovered accidentally, due to the exploration of the mine, in order to exploit the mineral, hot water extract requires a complex pumping system. This drained the water system of caves and "accidentally" discovered a special treasure.
One of the most spectacular geological discoveries in the world, was the Cueva de The Bigest, crystals selenite of dimensions never seen before. Most measures six meters in length and some are the eleven meters. The temperature at that depth is between 45 º and 50 º C. and moisture content of between 90 and 100%, which prevents the human being to survive for more than two hours on it.
