The General company Electric with its program Energy Smart development the new focus of light able to illuminate 25 times more than the focus incandescent.

This focus will last of 25 thousand hours, compared with the thousands of the normal focus . In case that it is used by three hours daily, it will be able to last 23 years. If it is used by four hours daily, will last 17 years.

The light bulb consumes 9 watts of energy and produces the same amount of light that the 40 light bulb of watts. In order to create it it was used as it bases technology LED and will be available in the United States by the end of this year or beginnings of the next one. The focus will cost 40 and 50 dollars.
